Website terms

Clear terms for a website that explains and qualifies a service.

These terms apply to your use of clientreportworks.co.nz. A paid engagement begins only under separately agreed written terms.

1. About these terms

These terms govern access to and use of the Client Report Works public website. By using the website, you agree to use it lawfully and consistently with these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or submit the form.

2. Website information is not a client engagement

The website explains a productised professional service and its intended launch boundaries. It does not itself create a consultant-client, developer-client, fiduciary or other professional relationship. A paid diagnostic, sprint or care plan starts only when the relevant written proposal, statement of work, fees, responsibilities and terms are accepted.

3. No regulated advice

Website content is general business and workflow information. It is not legal, tax, accounting, investment, clinical, privacy, cybersecurity or other regulated professional advice. Client Report Works does not use the launch service to provide regulated calculations or professional conclusions. Obtain appropriately qualified advice for those matters.

4. Service descriptions, pricing and availability

Descriptions and launch prices are intended to make the standard offer clear. They may change, and a stated price does not mean every report qualifies for that scope. The paid diagnostic determines feasibility, assumptions, exclusions and the actual written recommendation. Dates and capacity are not reserved until the agreed start conditions and payment requirements are met.

5. No outcome guarantee

Client Report Works aims to build a more reliable, repeatable and documented workflow. The website does not guarantee a particular time saving, revenue result, error rate, business outcome, software compatibility or uninterrupted operation. Any approved case-study metric will be described with its scope and basis.

6. Your enquiry responsibilities

When using the fit-check form or contacting the business, you agree to:

  • provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge;
  • submit only information you are authorised to share;
  • avoid report files, client names, source figures, confidential content, passwords, tokens and access credentials;
  • not submit health, student or highly sensitive personal information through the public website;
  • not use the form for spam, unlawful content, malicious code, harassment or automated abuse.

7. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the website’s original text, visual identity, layout, diagrams, demonstration material and code presentation are owned by or licensed to Client Report Works. You may view, print or share a reasonable extract for evaluating the service, provided you do not remove attribution, misrepresent the material or use it to create a confusingly similar business identity.

Third-party names, tool names and trade marks remain the property of their respective owners. Their mention does not imply endorsement or partnership.

8. Demonstration material

The examples page uses invented organisations, sources, figures and results unless clearly identified otherwise. Demonstration content illustrates workflow structure and is not proof of a client engagement or a promised outcome.

9. Links and external services

The website may link to email, booking, hosting or other external services. Client Report Works does not control the availability, content, privacy practices or security of a third-party service. Use external services under their own terms.

10. Website availability and security

Reasonable care is taken to keep the website useful and secure, but availability is not guaranteed. Access may be suspended for maintenance, security or operational reasons. You must not attempt to bypass controls, probe for vulnerabilities, interfere with operation or access non-public files or systems.

11. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Client Report Works is not liable for loss arising solely from reliance on general website content, temporary website unavailability, unauthorised use of the site by another person or content submitted contrary to these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Any liability relating to a paid engagement is governed by the separately accepted engagement terms.

12. Privacy

Personal information collected through the website is handled as described in the privacy statement. Project information is also subject to the approved engagement documents and data-handling approach.

13. Changes

These website terms may be updated when the website, service or legal requirements change. The revised terms apply from the date published on this page. Changes to an existing paid engagement require the process stated in that engagement’s documents.

14. New Zealand law

These website terms are governed by New Zealand law. The courts of New Zealand have non-exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any rights that cannot be altered by agreement.

15. Contact

Email nova@clientreportworks.co.nz for questions about these terms.

Engagement documents matter. A proposal and statement of work define the approved report, sources, deliverables, responsibilities, fees, data handling, change control and support for actual client work.
